1. Register / Login Account

(1) Scope of Essential Information and Non-essential Information: When you register / log in to the Voylead platform account, you need to provide your mobile phone number. We will verify the authenticity of the mobile phone number you provided through the method of sending a text message verification code (password) or one-click login. This type of information is essential for this function according to relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide the mobile phone number and verify it, the registration will fail. You can also set your account password and improve your account information (such as binding an email address) by yourself according to your needs. This type of information is non-essential. If you refuse to provide this type of information, it will reduce the security protection ability of your account, but it will not affect the use of registering / logging in.

2. Complete Personal Information

Scope of Essential Information and Non-essential Information: When you complete your personal information, you need to provide the following information according to the different services you choose:

• Position Growth Path Planning Service: Required: Your career goal, current position, work experience, skill specialization, etc. These information will help us develop a more accurate growth path planning for you.
• Position Analysis Service: Required: You need to provide the position name, work location, or existing recruitment information you are interested in, so that we can analyze the position for you.

Other Resume Customization Products/or Position Analysis Services, you can choose to upload and import attachment resume function, support PDF format and other format files.

Sensitive Permissions Used: When you complete your personal information, if you need to upload photos, documents, etc., we will call on your device storage permission (Android system / HarmonyOS system) / photo permission (iOS system / HarmonyOS system); if you need to shoot video materials, we will call on your device camera permission and microphone permission. If you refuse related system permissions, you may not upload or shoot related materials, but it will not affect your use of other functions.

Other Instructions: Please note that Voylead cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the recommendation algorithm, nor can it ensure that you will be 100% satisfied with the recommendation service, whether paid or free. If you are not satisfied with the matching degree of the algorithm recommended information or service, you can provide your feedback to us through human customer service.

3. Use Our Services

• Position Growth Path Planning Service: We will develop a personalized position growth path planning for you based on the information you provided about your career goal and current position, combined with our position database and career development model. During this process, we may collect your browsing records, search records, and usage duration information, so as to continuously optimize our services.
• Position Analysis Service: We will analyze from multiple dimensions such as position responsibilities,任职要求, salary待遇, development prospects, etc. based on the information you provided about the position, and generate position analysis reports. We may collect your search records, analysis result feedback information, to improve analysis accuracy and service quality.
• Resume Preparation Service: We will make your resume more beautiful according to the resume information you provided, and we may collect your resume modification records and usage preferences information to provide you with a more excellent resume preparation service.
• Career Assessment Service: We will evaluate your career interest, personality, ability, and quality, etc., based on the assessment answers you provided, and generate detailed career assessment reports. We may collect your assessment history records and report feedback information to continuously improve assessment services.

4. Online Payment

(1) Scope of Essential Information and Non-essential Information
When you choose to purchase our services, we will record and keep the service information and transaction information on Voylead platform services according to the law. You can choose to use the payment services provided by third-party payment institutions. The payment function itself does not collect your information, but we need to share your order number and transaction amount information with the payment institution to confirm your payment instruction and complete the payment. This type of information is essential for this function. If you do not agree to collect and share this type of information, you may not use the online payment function normally.

(2) Used Third-party SDK
The payment function is implemented through WeChat payment SDK/Alipay SDK. Without providing the above essential information, the payment function cannot be implemented.

(3) Other Instructions
If you need to issue a service invoice, you also need to submit the relevant content of the invoice information to us and find customer service for invoice.

5. Share Function

(1) Scope of Essential Information and Non-essential Information
When you use the share function, you can choose to share public information on the platform (such as position path, product introduction page, activity introduction page) and your optimized resume to the platform outside. Due to the implementation of the share function depends on third-party SDK, we need to collect your IDFA, device basic information, operating system information, network information, share content information, and share it to the third-party SDK. This type of information is essential for using SDK share function. When you click the share button to operate, if this information is not collected and used, you cannot use the share to the platform outside function.

(2) Sensitive Permissions Used
When you use the share function and save and share the share content in image form, you need to call for your device storage permission (Android)/photo permission (iOS), device identifier permission (iOS), [when sharing the share content in link form to QQ, you need to call for your device storage permission (Android)], this type of system permission is non-essential permission for share function, triggered when you use specific function point, if you refuse to authorize you can share in other form.

(3) Used Third-party SDK

If you encounter any problems in using Voylead platform products/or services, or need to consult, complain, and feedback, you can use Voylead platform consultation, complaint, and feedback information, or use Voylead online/human customer service function. In order to facilitate contact with you or help you solve problems, we may need to provide you with one or all of the following information: username, name, mobile phone number, email; at the same time, we may use your certified contact information to communicate or interact with you directly, including your mobile phone number and email. To ensure the security of your account, when the customer service accepts your consultation, it will use your account information to verify your identity. Please be aware that we may collect and use relevant content of the above information (part/all) for your consultation, complaint, and feedback, and your conversation with Voylead human customer service may be recorded/stored. If it involves verifying and sharing your personal information with third parties for related services, it will follow the specific provisions of "IV. The above information is essential for consultation, complaint, and feedback. If you do not agree to collect and store this type of information, it may not be possible for us to provide you with better services.

(2) Sensitive Permissions Used
If you consult, complain, and feedback questions on Voylead platform, or use online customer service function, select to upload or album upload image to communicate related questions, need to call for your device camera permission or storage permission (Android system/HarmonyOS system)/photo permission (iOS system), if you refuse related system authorization, you may not upload image, but it will not affect your normal consultation, complain, and feedback questions and use online customer service function.

7. Security

In order to enhance the security of the Voylead platform and protect the personal and property safety of you or other users during the use of the platform, we may collect and process the following personal information of you:

(1) If our account and behavior are abnormal or at risk, in order to verify your identity information and prevent unauthorized access to your account, we will perform further identity verification on you after your authorization consent. If you do not agree to the above-mentioned corresponding identity verification or fail to pass the verification, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally.

(2) We will only use the communication information and communication records (please be aware that your conversation with Voylead human customer service may be recorded/stored) generated in the communication scenario with you and your identity information, such as userID, username, name, mobile number, for the complaints and reports you have made, we may require you to provide proof screenshot and query related resume and platform operation behavior data to verify the situation, handle disputes.

We may collect your network service related log information and device information:

a. In order to ensure the safe operation and quality and efficiency of the software and services, we will collect your device basic information (device brand, model, CPU model, motherboard, CPU instruction set, set parameters, display screen parameters, hardware name, hardware manufacturer, mobile phone manufacturer, operating system version, system language), OAID, IDFA, IP address, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, use, service log.

(II) Circumstances Requiring You to Authorize and Agree to Call for System Permissions

In some cases, you may need to enable the following permissions by yourself when using some functions and/or services of Voylead platform. Your decision to enable these permissions represents your authorization for us to collect and use these information to achieve related functions. Not enabling or closing these permissions represents your disagreement or cancellation of related authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use your personal information related to these permissions, nor will we continue to provide you with the corresponding functions. Your decision to close the permissions will not affect the effectiveness of the personal information processing behavior based on your authorization before.

1. Location: When you use position search and position analysis functions, if you need to provide nearby related position information for you based on your location, the location information will be used, including precise location and fuzzy location.
2. Camera: When you need to take photos or videos for personal information improvement and career assessment, etc., we will call for camera permission.
3. Microphone: When you participate in online interview simulation and voice assessment, etc., we will call for microphone permission to obtain your voice information.
4. Calendar: If you hope to synchronize our career development planning course and interview arrangement and other important events to your calendar so that you can be reminded in time, we will use calendar permission.
5. Storage (Android side): When you upload personal information file, download position report, save assessment result, etc., we will call for storage permission.
6. Photo Album (iOS side): When you need to select photos from the photo album for personal information improvement and resume decoration, etc., we will call for photo permission.

(III) Circumstances for Third-party SDK to Collect Information

We need to use third-party SDK technology when providing some functions and/or services. These third-party SDKs may collect or use your personal information during their cooperation with us to provide you with a more comprehensive service. III. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

1. Cookie Usage: For your easier access experience, we will set or use cookies on your computer or other access devices so that you can log in or use Voylead platform services or functions that depend on cookies. At the same time, Voylead platform will automatically receive and record your browser data, including your user identity identifier, browsing records, IP address, information in website cookies, and webpage records you request to use. We will not use cookies for any purpose other than the purpose described in this privacy policy. You can clear all Cookies saved on your computer, most network browsers will automatically accept Cookies, but you usually can modify the browser settings to refuse Cookies. 2. Delete Your Personal Information: You can delete your personal information through the specific function page in "Access / Manage Your Information" to delete your personal information. In the following cases, you can contact us through the contact information published in this "Privacy Policy" to request us to delete your personal information:
   • If we process your personal information in violation of laws and regulations or our agreements with you;
   • You cannot delete your personal information through the methods we provide;
   • You have canceled Voylead account;
   • We stop providing you with related services.
3. Change Authorization Agreement
   • Change system authorization: You can close location, camera, microphone, etc. permissions in the device operating system itself, or change your authorization through "My" - "Settings" - "Privacy Settings" in Voylead APP.
   • Refuse to receive SMS, email, phone, APP message push information: You can close your SMS message notification, email message notification according to the instructions in the SMS, email; clearly refuse to receive calls in the phone; close your message notification through "My" - "Settings" - "System Settings" in Voylead APP.
   • Close personalized recommendation: You can close personalized recommendation service through "My" - "Settings" - "Privacy Settings" - "Personalized Recommendation". When you close personalized recommendation, we will only show you relevant positions based on your resume intention, but the relevance will decrease.
4. Cancellation Right: Under normal circumstances, you can cancel your registered account through the following method, and we will delete the account as soon as possible. You can find account cancellation option and complete account cancellation operation in "My" - "Settings" - "Account Security" in Voylead APP. Account cancellation may result in clearing all user data and account information of you and cannot be restored; however, in specific circumstances, such as fulfilling our legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, we will retain anonymous processed information after your account cancellation.

VI. Information Storage and Security

4.1 Information Storage: We will store your information on servers in China. We will retain your personal information for the period required by law or necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

4.2 Information Security: We take various security technologies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal information, including but not limited to:

7.2 Your conversation content with the AI assistant may be used for training and improvement of our AI system, but we will remove identifiable personal information during this process.

7.3 You can request to delete specific conversation records with the AI assistant.

IX. Child Privacy
